Instructions
Use only the following numbers to rank the 4 alternatives for completing each statement:
Rank 1 for your first preference.
Rank 2 for your second preference.
Rank 3 for your third preference.
Rank 4 for your fourth preference (least preferred choice).

Note: You will need to enable javascript in your browser in order to complete the survey successfully.

In completing the statements, think of what you believe and what you prefer. Your responses should reflect how you believe and what you prefer to do, not what you think would be the right thing to do. There is no time limit, and there are no right or wrong answers.

A note on privacy
This survey is anonymous.
The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
